Lazy Sunday

Didn’t feel like doing my makeup or hair this morning so I opted for a hat. It was a gift from Renee and I love it so much. I am a sucker for anything in tribal print 🙂

My hat is by Obey, shirt is from a consignment shop (it is Ralph Lauren), jeans are from Garage, moccasins are  by Steve Madden, spiked bracelet is by F21, the hand chain I made myself.

I rarely ever wear blue jeans which I find rather odd. I wear black jeans the most but I find all jeans extremely uncomfortable! I think I need to invest in a boyfriend cut pair…maybe they will get a little more attention than this pair that hasn’t seen daylight in months. Sorry little jeans.

Another week has passed and I start my 4th week of school tomorrow. Where does this time go?!?!

Baggy Plaid

Simple outfit today for strolling down King Street shopping with my best friend…who also took these wonderful photos. Thank you Renee!!!

This flannel is St. John’s Bay, it is a mens medium. So comfy. Jeans are Bulkhead (from PacSun), shoes are Steve Madden, belt is Calvin Klein, wrap bracelet was a present from Mommy, stud earrings are F21 and sunnies are Urban Outfitters. I wish I had endless flannels, they are the coziest and easiest piece of clothing in the world!

Hot Cocoa Kind of Day

This week the weather jumped back to winter mode, it is so bipolar! Steve Madden combat boots were perfect for walking around campus today. My jacket is from a consignment shop in Annapolis, MD. It was $18…gotta love consignment/thrift shops. Cardigan is Roxy, t-shirt I think TJMaxx (?) and leggings are Nollie, and bag is from DSW. I literally carried the same purse for over two years so over Christmas break I was determined to find a new one! My scarf  and bracelets are both F21.

Blue Boots

I’ve been wanting to wear these boots for quite some time now, they were actually a present from my Dad. The lighting this evening was so pretty! Thanks to Renee for taking the pictures. The boots are from a boutique in Fairfax, VA called Unique Boutique. The dress is Forever 21, belt use to be my moms, jewelry is F21, shades Urban Outfitters.

Tomorrow is Martin Luther King Day, so no school tomorrow = 3 day weekend! I hope everyone has a wonderful day off 🙂

Current obsession: sunnies

Dreaming about summer means dreaming about the perfect pair of shades…

1. Seafoam 2. Cat-Eye 3. Retro (they come in purple too!) 4. Vonzipper 5. Alexander McQueen (skulls = perfect) 6. Michael Kors

I can’t buy expensive sunglasses since I seem to break, scratch or worst of all LOSE most pairs. This is followed by me walking around squinting for a week being stubborn because I have to find the perfect new pair of $15 sunglasses. Heaven forbid. Any who…

Made it through the hard part of my week! Sort of depressed the weather is so nasty tonight…plans for going out definitely turned into snuggling and watching a movie with fuzzy socks and hot cocoa. Praying for sunny days!

Simple with Sneaks

 

First of all happy hump day!

I cannot remember for the life of me where this top is from, but the leggings are Nollie, shoes are Steve Madden, jewelry is H&M/Urban Outfitters/Michael Kors and sunnies are UO also.

It was gorgeous in Charleston today, mid 70’s and sunny. After class Renee and I biked to the waterfront to relax. Perfect Wednesday despite my darn quantitative analysis lab. So excited I am finally getting this blog up and running!

First Day of School

Today was the first day of classes…joy. Unfortunately it was raining on the way to class but later on it cleared up! I have the most awkward schedule on Tuesdays due to my art class from 6-9:45 pm. Who ever decided that was an appropriate time to paint, we need to chat. Anyhow this is what I wore today:

In love with tortoise shell sunglasses and the shape of these in particular. Everyone else who started classes today I hope your first day wasn’t too bad!
